About This Resource
This website has been developed in conjunction with Enterprise Northland as the key outcome from the E4E Resource Development Project, led by Frank Leadley and funded through the ECSA fund of New Zealand Trade and Enterprise.
Frank is working with teachers in Northland, North Shore, Hawkes Bay, Waitakere, Nelson and Dunedin with the aim of increasing the understanding of ways in which the curriculum can be delivered with real relevance to students through the Education For Enterprise (E4E) approach. It is anticipated that by providing models of curriculum delivery through these resources, each school will be encouraged and assisted to design the delivery of the curriculum in ways which are relevant to its students and community.
These resources are not intended to be definitive. You are welcome to download, use as you wish, amend and evaluate. We welcome feedback on each resource, and encourage you to use the comments option on each page.
How to use this website:
- Work through the Local Liaison Person in your cluster to forward resources you have developed as a result of the workshops in which you have been involved. The Liaison Person will send the completed resource as a word doc to Sasha Webb who will upload it to this site.
- Download any resource on the site and use it as you wish to assist your classroom delivery of the curriculum. If you significantly amend any resource it is suggested that you forward this through your Liaison Person back to the website.
Resources considered to be of greatest value from across the curriculum will be selected by a Professional Advisory Committee and forwarded to the Ministry Of Education’s TKI website at the conclusion of the project, but it is anticipated that this website will continue to be available for the use of all teachers.
